Wanderlust: What’s on my bucket list? pt 1

dream destinations

When I was growing up, there were always places that I dreamed of one day travelling to, and things I dreamed of doing – I think we all have those dream destination lists, let’s be honest. As I’ve got older, while I’ve managed to tick a few boxes off of my list, there are still a good few left outstanding, and as each year passes, I feel more and more intent on fulfilling as many of my bucket list of destinations as possible! In fact, I think I now have more on my list than ever before – having seen friends and other bloggers visit and fall in love with different places around the world, I feel even more curious about places that I’d never have thought about going to before. That’s one thing I love about the blogging community – people sharing our experiences in the hopes of inspiring others.

So with just this in mind, I thought I would share a few of my bucket list locations with you…

First up, Hawaii…

Let’s face it, this one is probably on a lot if people’s bucket lists, but it’s easy to see why. The white sandy beaches, the gorgeous tropical weather, the incredible greenery and clear blue, surfer-friendly seas, not to mention the whole laid-back, happy-go-lucky-vibe that is associated with this amazing place. And if that’s not enough Hawaii’s islands are host to some pretty unbelievable sights…

The Floating Lantern Festival, Honalulu

The Haiku Stairs, also known as the Stairway to Heaven, Hawaii

Bamboo Forest, Haleakala National Park, Maui

The sea caves along the Na Pali Coast, Kauai

Wailua Falls, Maui

The heart-shaped rock and Nakalele Blowhole, Maui

The Na Pali Coast, Kauai

The Seven Sacred Pools, Maui

Glass Beach, Kauai

Snorkeling on the Na Pali Coast, Kauai

Who else dreams of going to Hawaii? Those beaches are honestly what dreams are made of for me.ย If you want to know more about my bucket-list destinations, then I’ll be sharing more over the next few weeks, so stay tuned!
