I’ve been a little absent as of late, because, as some of you might already know, I’ve been travelling the globe – well, that’s a bit of an overstatement, but I’ve been off exploring parts of the States – Las Vegas and New York to be precise! Now I’m back and madly in love with both places – wow, just wow.
Returning from travelling is always horrid, but it’s even worse when you have jet-lag to deal with, as well as a nice newly developed cold. Wah. That said, those two weeks away were so worth it.
I’ll be posting about both Vegas and New York in the next week, but in the meantime, and while my jet-lag is still getting the better of me, I thought I’d share just a few of my snaps.
The Las Vegas Strip in all it’s finest – I could never get tired of this view .
Tahiti Village is on the outskirts of Las Vegas and features a Lazy River – so much fun!
The Brooklyn Bridge was one of the favourite things that we did in the whole two weeks.
We stayed at The Mirage – an amazing hotel, with a volcano outside and a waterfall in the pool. Dreamy.
Our friends got married in Vegas (the main reason we were there) and this was where the ceremony took place – so gorgeous!
Food. So much food. A big part of my trip was taking in as much deliciousness as I could. THIS was amazing.
Finally, my boy celebrated his birthday while we were out there. Such a good time.
