It’s Friday, which means one thing – come five o’clock, it is officially the weekend! Fridays are always worth celebrating in my eyes, and what better way than by sharing some of my favourite blog posts from the past week. fridayfavourites

Crepe Paper Peonies by Lia Griffith
Pineapple Print Cushion by I Spy DIY
Five Things: New Home Update by Gh0stparties
Beauty School: My Everyday Curl by Lauren Conrad

This week, I’ve seen so many lovely home decor ideas, and the Pineapple Print cushion has to be one of my favourites! It’s inspired me to go online and buy the tools to create something similar myself (this will be up here soon, so keep your eyes peeled!). The pineapple theme continues with Gh0stparties. Kate from Gh0stparties is one of my favourite bloggers, and her home always looks so immaculate and well-designed. Her most recent posts of her new home and how she has decorated have left me wanting to redecorate my own home so badly! Kudos Kate!

This week, I also stumbled across Lia Griffith‘s website and I wish I’d come across it sooner! The website is literally a treasure trove for any craft-fanatics like me! Her paper flowers look so amazing – I’m desperate to try them out, although I’m sure my results won’t be quite as good as hers. If you love crafts, then I would definitely recommend checking her blog out. Do it!

Finally, there is a tutorial from one of my favourite celebrities. I’m not much of a celeb-crazed person, but I will openly admit to being an LC fan. Apart from being a ‘Laguna Beach/The Hills’ star, Lauren runs her own clothing companies, and the website, Laurenconrad.com, which is full of amazing recipes, style tips, craft ideas, and so many other things. I check the website out more than any other blog I follow, and regularly find tons great ideas and tips. Lauren also has the most amazing hair – she’s definitely my inspiration when I go to the hairdressers or try out new styles. Her signature curls always look so good, and so effortless, and so when I saw this tutorial put up earlier this week, I knew I’d have to try it out.

I hope you all have a great weekend – I’m looking forward to trying some of these ideas out, and hopefully making the most of this sun!

HAPPY FRIDAY!
